SHIPPING + DELIVERY

UK Only
Standard shipping £4.45 (2-3 working days) by Royal Mail First Class Recorded (please note that a signature will be required upon delivery)
- Next Day Delivery £6.95 (Guaranteed next working day- subject to availability) - via Royal Mail courier service (please note that a signature will be required upon delivery)

Important: Next Day Delivery is only guaranteed for UK orders (excluding Northern Ireland) on all orders placed before 2pm. Any orders received after this time may not be dispatched until the next day, meaning delivery will be in 48 hours. Please note our couriers do not usually deliver on Saturday so if you order on Friday you won't receive your order until Monday.

Europe (including Northern Ireland)
Between 3-7 working days depending on the service used and country of destination. International Courier deliveries are much quicker and reliable time wise while International Post Signed For is a less expensive service offering longer lead times but still reliable delivery.

Rest of the World
Between 3-14 working days (occasionally deliveries to Russia, Ukraine, Australia & New Zealand may take longer). Lead times depend on the service used and a country of destination. International Courier services are recommended as they are tracked and offer faster delivery, while International Post Signed For is a less expensive service offering longer lead times but still reliable delivery.

Please note: the timings listed above are only a guide and from time to time conditions beyond our control may affect your delivery (weather/strikes/etc.), which we are unable to accept responsibility for.
ORDERS
Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after you place your order. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox.

Please review the order confirmation and contact us here if you see any errors.

Order Status

Please note that we ask for a standard processing time of up to two business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the time your order is placed. A 'Processing' status means that your order has not yet been shipped.

Tracking Orders

Please note: Orders can only be tracked using an International Courier or Domestic Courier services all other delivery services are not trackable.
Order Changes & Cancellations

You can request an order change or cancellation by contacting our customer support team via email. Please include your order number in the subject line. Your order will be on hold until our Customer Care team can review your request.

Incorrect Orders & Faulty Garments

We hope this doesn't happen but if it does then we are of course happy to accept responsibility for our mistake. If you have received a faulty item then please email [email protected] with your order number and details of the incorrect item. We will then respond to you and let you know how to proceed.

PAYMENTS

Our website offers a multi-currency checkout and acceptance of major credit and debit cards (for example Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorisation on your payment method to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. If the billing information is incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you for confirmation before your order is shipped.

Shopping at hypebeastkillah.com is totally safe. Personal information provided is transmitted through a secure server using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption technology.

International Duties & Taxes

International duties and taxes are determined by the shipping address entered at checkout. If taxes and duties are included in the price of your order this will be mentioned at checkout.

Alternatively, your order may not include taxes and duties. This means your parcel may incur customs duties and taxes by your local customs office. Please consult your local customs agency for more information. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees upon receiving your order.

RETURNS

Whilst we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not completely satisfied you can simply exchange your order within 7 days of receiving your goods, in its original unworn condition, complete with tags to the returns address listed on your dispatch note.
PLEASE NOTE: please include your dispatch note with your return and note the item/s that you are exchanging on it. You will need to pay the costs of returning your package pack to us (return delivery charges are only refundable if you have received an incorrect or faulty item from us). Please return using 'Royal Mail recorded service' and keep hold of your proof of delivery and tracking number. Please do not put the package in the postbox as we cannot accept any responsibility for items that are not received if they are posted in the incorrect way.

REFUNDS // EXCHANGES

Please note: We operate a strict no refund policy (unless you have received an incorrect or faulty item from us - postage will only refunded under conditions stated above) within a 7-10 days of receiving your return. If this is the case money will be returned via your original payment method.
We can only send exchanges to mainland UK. If you wish to exchange your purchase for another Hype Beast Killah item, then please return as stated above. Please make a note on the dispatch note, which garment you would like to receive in exchange and we’ll do our best to fulfil this. Hype Beast Killah will not accept returns for items received after the 7 days return period. Additionally any items that are not returned in their original, unworn condition or without tags will not be accepted as returns and will be returned to sender.
